  Genkiclub is a Sushi Club that I co-founded in 1998 with Miki Usyak ("Genki" is a Japanese word literally meaning "healthy and lively," and informally meaning "hi, how are you?"). Our intention is to visit a new sushi restaurant in the Chicagoland area once a month to enjoy good sushi with good friends (and a good round of sake or two.)
